Insurance job opening for an experienced Transportation Insurance Account Manager supporting the agency’s large fleet trucking clients. A hybrid schedule is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Transportation Insurance Account Manager, you will:
- Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
- Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is required
- Active state insurance license
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
