About the Role
As Employee Benefits Account Manager you support the sales team with a growing portfolio. With two roles available, the opportunity can be tailored to fit your technical expertise be it with fully insured or self-funded groups.
Duties & Responsibilities
Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:
- Marketing cases and helping with renewals
- Daily customer service requests
- Employee meetings
- Renewal prep and marketing
- Client engaging responsibilities including discussions (phone and in-person) to review coverage, pricing, enrollments, and more
Skills & Experience
- Similar client service experience working in insurance client service supporting group health and ancillary benefits plans
- State insurance license
