About the Role
As Employee Benefits Account Manager you will support a growing health and welfare practice with an independent agency, handling daily service duties and client engagement/relationship strategies on small and mid-sized groups.
Location: Cape Cod, MA
Responsibilities:
- Relationship development and renewal management with current clients
- Executing daily service strategies (preparing & writing proposals, providing quote comparisons, performing benchmarking & financial underwriting review)
- Creating coverage specifications, analyzing quotes & negotiating with carriers, and creating/presenting coverage analysis
- Presentations and leading enrollment meetings
Experience:
- At least three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience in client service
- Must have an active L&H insurance license
