About the Role
Join a large, independent insurance broker as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. Due to an upcoming retirement, they need client service experience working with larger, complex group medical accounts to transition responsibilities for renewal management, funding analysis, RFPs, education, compliance, and enrollments. You need expertise in multiple funding arrangements including self-funded plans.
Location & Schedule: Memphis, TN with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (RFPs, enrollments, billing, claims, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
Qualifications: At least five (5) years of relevant insurance industry experience + strong client relationship management skills and an active insurance license.
