About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home job opening. The Claims Supervisor, Workers Compensation requires extensive experience with Wisconsin work comp claims. Your role ensures team success and involves a variety of operations duties that includes:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
- Workload management to balance case loads and ensure claims are assigned to the appropriate adjuster
- Leverage technology to speed up processing, create more efficiencies, ensure best practices, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
- Support your team with complex claims; provide knowledge and insight as well as communicate with clients and third-parties on status and resolution
Skills & Experience
- At least 10 years of claims handling experience with significant Wisconsin workers’ compensation knowledge + minimum 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
- Active adjuster license
