About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home position handling health insurance programs at a Midwest based insurance agency. Experienced Human Resources professionals with benefits administration as well as individuals already working in the insurance industry will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Have strategic conversations with clients (typically in the 100-500 lives range) about new ideas for their insurance programs, both throughout the year and in preparation for renewal
- Handle service issues as they arise in tandem with Account Associates
- Partner with producers to strengthen stewardship in new client meetings and for existing clients
- Coordinate service delivery in partnership with wellness, HR, compliance, marketing, and claims
- Take responsibility for available technology platforms for integration, enrollments, and communication
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client service role
- Ability to handle a variety of service initiatives like benefit guides, communication, implementation, RFPs, and spreadsheets
- Active state insurance license
