100% work from home position for a qualified Employee Benefits Account Manager in the Chicago area working for a Midwest based independent insurance broker.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with clients throughout the year on service issues, from questions about billing, claims, compliance, and coverage to preparing for renewals, conducting open enrollments, and ensuring they have the appropriate communication and education materials
- Partner with producers to strengthen relationships and ensure a high level of client retention
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client service role
- Active state insurance license
