Duties & Responsibilities
- You strengthen relationships with clients, helping them with benefits administration and answering questions about coverage, claims, and billing issues
- You lead several key moments within the life cycle of their account including plan implementation, renewal preparation, case submissions, and enrollment meetings
Skills & Experience
- Active state insurance license
- Minimum of three (3) years in client service working with group health and welfare benefits plans
