About the Role
The Employee Benefits Account Manager joins one of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest insurance agencies in their Raleigh, NC office. You will support the sales team on an established book of business on accounts that are local to Raleigh and extend eastward to the coast. Experience taking the lead on daily service duties and client engagement/relationship building strategies for a variety of group sizes is important.
Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (RFPs, enrollments, billing, claims, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
Experience: At least three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience. Carrier or agency tenure will be considered. Must have an active L&H insurance license.
Location: Raleigh or Greenville, NC. Hybrid schedule is available.
