About the Role
The Employee Benefits Account Manager joins one of the Texas largest insurance agencies in their Dallas office. You will support small to mid-sized, mostly fully-insured group accounts handling all daily service duties. The pace of their operation plus new business projected for 2022 means they really need an experienced client service professional who knows the A-to-Z account management process from day one.
Job Specs
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $55k-$70k depending on experience along with a comprehensive employee benefits program, robust PTO and annual bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (policy changes, enrollments, billing, claims, Excel formulas and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
Experience: At least three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience. Must have an active L&H insurance license.
