About the Role

Join one of the country’s largest retail brokers as Commercial Insurance Account Manager. This role is a response to the Pennsylvania team’s successful new account growth. You’ll work from their office in Philadelphia; a hybrid schedule is available.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage in-force clients in various stages of their annual policy cycle. Help strength relationships and retention success. Seek out ways to provide advice and counsel on risk exposures and additional lines of coverage. Problem solve policy management issues including billing, endorsements, administration, and claims.
  • Prepare marketing information working with the broking team as well as the Producer and Account Executive, compile submissions, analyze quotes, and prepare presentations for the client.
  • Assist the producer with developing service timelines. Attend client renewal meetings.

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of Commercial P&C insurance experience in client service and account management. 
  • Multi-Line coverage background- CGL, Property, Auto, Work Comp, and Professional Lines.
  • State insurance license.
