About the Role
This independent insurance agency is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to provide prompt and effective customer service for clients seeking help with policy questions, quotes, billing, claims, and renewals. You’ll work with multiple insurance companies including high-net-worth accounts and carriers for home, auto, umbrella, marine, and other personal risk coverage.
Hybrid schedule is available after training and onboarding.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact to answer client questions and work with the insurance company on outstanding issues
- Handle the renewal process from A-to-Z, quoting and remarketing coverage, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to add new lines or additional revenue opportunities where available
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to include carrier contacts, sales agents, clients, and other staff members
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in personal lines insurance experience
- State insurance license required
