About the Role
The Employee Benefits Account Executive is with a nationally recognized insurance and financial services broker. Despite their large geographic reach, they still take a local approach to client management. They encourage a collaborative culture and seek a lead benefits consultant for their Dallas team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Most cases are larger, complex, and self-funded meaning you need to be a skilled client advisor on stop-loss and level-funded arrangements.
Other responsibilities include:
- Extensive involvement in the client management process, from onboarding to policy reviews and renewal preparation
- Oversight and execution of daily service issues including resolution of escalated issues, billing, claims review, network evaluation, plan design, benchmarking, vendor management, enrollments, and communication
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of life and health insurance industry experience providing client management & consultation to larger cases
- Senior level client service capabilities including involvement in the sales and client retention process
- State insurance license
