About the Role

The Commercial Insurance Client Manager job opening is with one of the largest insurance brokers in the country. They are expanding rapidly throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. This role is newly created. You’ll support the Grand Rapids office on middle market and large accounts. Here are some additional job highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Take the lead on incoming calls, inquiries and fulfilling service requests
  • Marketing & RFPs: Involved in strategy for new and renewal account marketing & proposals
  • Renewals: Initiate the process, manage timelines and pull together resources holding the sales and resources teams accountable for meeting deadlines

Experience:

  • At least five (5) years of commercial insurance client service experience at an insurance brokerage/agency or carrier
  • Active P&C license is required

Location: In-office role with flexibility for a hybrid schedule/arrangement
