About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a regional insurance agency that is experiencing growth and needing capable individuals to come in and make an immediate impact in a client service capacity for their commercial lines department. They are ideally seeking qualified candidates who know commercial line property and casualty products and services, have great organizational skills, and can help provide world class service to their client base.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and appropriately document routine client inquiries, escalating complex inquiries to senior staff members
- Process daily service needs such as change requests, endorsements, proofs, audits, and other policy-related documents
- Review and process policies and endorsements for accuracy of coverage, policy, content, and form completion, addressing or escalating any discrepancies for resolution
- Assist and support new and renewal processes including gathering information, document preparation, binding, marketing, and other needs as directed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of progressive experience working preferably in a retail agency setting
- Strong technical working knowledge of commercial lines P&C products and services
- Experience in the construction niche/risk category preferred
- Active State P&C license required
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
$65-75,000 + bonus + competitive benefits package + hybrid work schedule
