About the Role
One of the Southeast’s largest independent insurance agencies seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Orlando, FL office. They need your expertise to immediately step in to service a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, some national carriers and others Florida standard market insurers. Your accounts will be a mixture of middle market and affluent clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) policies
- Agency experience is required as you must have familiarity working with an agency management system
- Active Florida state insurance license is required
Job Specs
The agency offers a hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week work-from-home.
