About the Role
As Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager you join an independent insurance agency in Tulsa and oversee the entire personal lines portfolio. You’ll provide prompt and accurate service, helping secure new business quotes and discussing coverage and renewal options in-depth with insureds. You’ll also be working closely with the internal team to identify referral opportunities with business clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify account-rounding and new policy enhancements.
- Process renewals, endorsements, late pay notices, and cancellations. Update any and all correspondence in the agency management system.
- Provide top notch customer service, offering insights into trends with pricing and coverage as well as support throughout the renewal process.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of personal lines insurance industry experience in a similar client service, sales, agent, or advisory capacity.
- Active state insurance license.
- Familiarity with a number of duties in the life-cycle of an account including onboarding new accounts, handling daily service requests, compiling renewal information, and preparing proposals.
