About the Role

As Employee Benefits Account Manager you’ll join a premier Midwest insurance broker in an important service role. Flexible schedule available with the potential for fully remote, work from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have strategic conversations with clients (typically in the 100-500 lives range) about new ideas for their insurance programs, both throughout the year and in preparation for renewal
  • Handle service issues as they arise in tandem with Account Associates
  • Partner with producers to strengthen stewardship in new client meetings and for existing clients
  • Coordinate service delivery in partnership with wellness, HR, compliance, marketing, and claims
  • Take responsibility for available technology platforms for integration, enrollments, and communication

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client service role 
  • Ability to handle a variety of service initiatives like benefit guides, communication, implementation, RFPs, and spreadsheets
  • Active state insurance license
