About the Role
Small companies face many of the same pricing, coverage, and claims challenges as large employers. In some ways they require more hands-on consulting and remarketing than any other type of client. In this role you’re the primary point of contact acting as a Small Business Client Service Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Personally manage clients as the lead account manager
- Oversee the team’s performance. Make sure workloads are manageable. Provide support and insight on problems and escalated issues.
- Ensure agency processes and best practices are being followed.
- Participate in employee reviews and performance management. Provide training and mentoring.
Job Specs
At least five (5) years of insurance client service/account management experience working with small business processes and policies.
Active state insurance license.
