About the Role
This Personal Lines Account Manager position is a terrific opportunity to join a large insurance broker’s Chicago office in a dual role. Their model is unique; you are involved in all facets of the service and sales process. You manage a dedicated portfolio of existing clients. You also have new business sales goals which can be generated by identifying opportunities for account rounding and referrals from current accounts and additional centers of influence. This is a great way to create more earning potential through commissions as well as continue to grow your career in different ways.
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience working in personal lines with a thorough understanding of various personal risk insurance coverages (home, auto, etc.) as well as the client service and marketing process.
- Able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and pursue business development and sales opportunities to grow your book and meet sales goals.
- Active state insurance license.
