About the Role
Work-from-home, remote Employee Benefits Account Executive opening with a Massachusetts agency that is starting up its benefits division. This is a hybrid role that will be involved in writing new business and servicing the accounts put on the books. A lot of the business will come from cross-selling with the commercial lines team, but they welcome any additional networking and lead generation you spearhead. Most accounts will be small to mid-sized groups, probably in the 50-200 ees range.
Location: Massachusetts based agency; open to qualified applicants in and around the Boston and Providence areas.
Experience:
- At least five (5) years of group employee benefits experience in client service, business development, and account retention
- Must have an active L&H insurance license
