As Employee Benefits Producer you join a well-established, full service independent insurance agency in the midst of perpetuation that needs more business development in the health and welfare division. This gives you plenty of unincumbered opportunities to partner with and co-sell alongside the commercial lines team. Likewise, the agency is expanding rapidly beyond Colorado, giving you the opportunity to access national resources to compete for and retain business, all without geographic restrictions or much internal competition.
This position comes with a very competitive compensation package that includes a multi-year salary and new business commissions. There is also a book of business available for you to take over that will help with the transition into your new role.
