About the Role
An independent insurance agency is adding to its leadership team with this role- Commercial Insurance Leader, Client Service Manager. With responsibility for managing account managers and support staff, you’ll have many ways to impact the team’s success in this newly created position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Train, oversee, and manage the daily workflow and performance of approximately 7-10 direct reports
- Strengthen carrier and vendor relationships
- Conduct staff reviews and coaching
- Participate in department hiring
- Lead customer service resolution issues
- Workflow management and process improvement
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of commercial insurance experience is required with a deep understanding of the client service process, client retention strategies, and team leadership in areas like mentoring, team building, goal setting, or performance management
- Active state insurance license
