About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home Commercial Insurance Account Manager job opening with a Top 100 Independent Insurance brokerage. Working on one of the firm’s fastest growing portfolios, you’ll concentrate on Real Estate accounts with the majority being multi-family housing. These accounts are all over the country, so your knowledge in large, layered property and real estate along with the ability to work on a high-paced team is important.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for service issues, you:
- Work with multiple internal partners in sales and client management to handle the service needs that arise
- Coordinate directly with the several points of contact within the account to assist with quotes on newly acquired properties, communication with lenders, and explanation of limits, coverage, etc.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience in a similar client service capacity
- Experience working with real estate accounts is required
- State insurance license
