About the Role
This growing regional agency is looking for a self-starter to join their team as an experienced Benefit Analyst. In this role you will support a book of business comprised primarily of mid-sized to larger accounts (100-1,000 lives on average).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be available for day-to-day client service issues and problem resolution related to claims, enrollment, onboarding, carrier questions, and more
- Participate in a supporting role for renewals, proposals, implementation of coverage, and marketing to insurance companies
- Help create and maintain benefit guides that are unique to each client
- Prepare documentation of changes and updates to client programs and/or update CRM for the benefit administration team to have data needed to accurately build HRIS systems for open enrollment
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience working with employee benefits programs, products, and services
- Agency side experience preferred
- GA state Life and Health license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advance proficiency in Excel
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
$65-80,000 + full benefits package + hybrid work schedule
