As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and HR compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Must have experience with handling harassment claims, FMLA, compensation analytics, training or writing training programs, employee development, and pension plans
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) ideal
