About the Role
The Commercial Insurance Account Executive is the ultimate stewardship role. You will work closely with a senior team handling client strategy for middle market and risk management accounts with a heavy emphasis on construction, contractors, and surety. They need someone with senior account management expertise to be involved in service delivery but also client engagement & client facing responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Retention, service, account development and product/service presentation directly to the insured
- Partner on resource deliverables (loss control, claims, etc.)
- Support training, workflow efficiencies and best practices within the team
Skills and Experience
At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
Extensive middle market commercial P&C account expertise.
Strategic planning (renewal marketing, mid-term reviews and risk service distribution alongside the producer and with frequent, out of the office client engagement.
