Capstone Contract FAQs: How Does This Work?

How large is your agency’s talent pool?
We currently have nearly 100,000 experienced candidates in our database. If the hire you need isn’t there, we also have thousands of professional contacts, connections, and resources to help us find them.
What other services do you offer?
Capstone can be your full-service recruiting and staffing partner. We offer contract placement as well as a wide range of options for permanent hire recruiting needs. Additionally, we offer consulting services and conduct onsite workshops to help your team with anything from writing job descriptions and recruiting techniques to employee retention strategies. We can also conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screening as you desire.
What is a billable rate?
The billable rate is the amount you pay per hour for a given contract employee. This is the only cost you incur. Everything from work comp and unemployment to benefits and wages are covered for you under the single hourly rate.
What are your expectations of me in this partnership?
Communication is key. We need to know what you need so we can deliver it. This goes from taking on a project to checking in on current contractor employees. The more information we have from you, the better partner we can be for you.
What happens if I want to hire a contract employee on full-time?
It’s not uncommon for a contract employee to prove extremely valuable. Should that happen and you wish to hire them on full-time, you can do so at any point.
Who will be my main point of contact?
I will be your main point of contact. You will have one person to reach out to for all your contract staffing needs. You will also have support from the entire Capstone team.
How well do you screen and assess candidates?
We are an extension of your HR team. This is where communication is key. Any question you would ask, we will ask. All candidates that we refer will be fully vetted and meet the qualifications you need.
