About the Role

This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides world-class client service to an assigned book of business. Focus will be on benefit administration for mid-sized companies in a variety of job duties that support everything from eligibility to enrollment to implementation and EDI feeds. Strong HRIS technology background is going to be key to success in the role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex platforms to deliver results as a true subject matter expert. You will be relied upon to perform at a high level and with a lot of autonomy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate enrollments, terminations, qualifying events, status changes, and dependent verification
  • Provide guidance on eligibility, ID cards, benefit questions, and carrier escalations
  • Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve claims issues and address daily client matters
  • Work with HR contacts at clients for best practices and operational efficiencies
  • Help build and configure systems for new clients and conduct testing to confirm accuracy
  • Submit changes and updates to carriers and assist with post-renewal activities including billing audits and feed/file reviews
  • Manage workflows to communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience working within benefits administration, preferably from a competitor in the space
  • In-depth understanding and experience with HRIS and benefit administration platforms such as Employee Navigator, ADP, and Paylocity
  • Additional industry certifications (CEBS, GBS, HIA, PHR) preferred

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$85-100,000 + full benefits package + hybrid schedule
