About the Role
The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager joins a large, Top 100 independent insurance agency’s Chicago operations. Working on middle market and larger, complex accounts they need you to have a well-rounded coverage background but know quite a bit about the ins and outs of property and casualty programs for industrial risks and blue collar insureds.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for service issues, you:
- Work with multiple internal partners in sales and client management to handle the service needs that arise
- Coordinate directly with the several points of contact within the account to assist with quotes on newly acquired properties, communication with lenders and explanation of limits, coverage, etc.
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial insurance experience in a similar client service capacity
- State insurance license
