Location: 100% remote, work-from-home for qualified applicants with the choice to work CST or PST hours.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of insurance experience in a personal lines insurance customer service role
- Independent agency experience is required
- State insurance license
