About the Role
The Employee Benefits Account Manager joins a Top 100 independent insurance broker’s health and welfare team. You support a seasoned production team with daily service duties and client engagement/relationship building strategies for accounts that range in group size (and funding arrangements) in the 50-500 ees range.
- Location: 100% remote for qualified candidates within South and Southeastern states.
- Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (RFPs, enrollments, billing, claims, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience. Must have an active L&H insurance license.
