About the Role
As Personal Lines Account Manager you join a large insurance agency’s service team, assisting with a well-established book of clients, some with private risk exposures and others in the middle market space.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily client service duties such as answering client inquiries, remarketing, certificates, assisting with claims, etc.
- Seek out opportunities for revenue growth through account rounding, adding new lines of coverage, and capitalizing on referral opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of personal lines client service experience with a strong foundation in coverage, pricing, and the marketing process for mid market clients. High net worth client exposure is helpful.
- Active state insurance license.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
