About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home job for an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Marketer, Placement Broker who works directly with producers and the service team to impact sales and retention. The firm wants a self-starter who’s been involved with the full account life cycle, from program analysis to marketing and proposals.
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and external partners about how to analyze risk, which markets are suitable for a client’s risk, the best coverage options, and how to structure programs that meet the client’s risk management needs
- Work closely with service and sales team to set timelines, follow up to obtain critical information, and keep insureds informed on the process
- Downstream market information about new products, underwriting guidelines, policy changes/exclusions/endorsements and pricing considerations
Skills & Experience
- Minimum (5) years of property and casualty insurance experience handling similar marketing/placement duties, be it from an underwriting or wholesale role as well as an agency Account Executive position where a large portion of your responsibilities are marketing related
- Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and make recommendations for clients and prospects
