About the Role
Join one of the country’s largest insurance brokers as a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager. Due to growth, they have an immediate job opening in their flagship Houston, TX office. You’ll be part of the large group team where there is a lot of challenge on a daily basis supporting clients with 500+ employees (often times accounts you’re involved with have several thousand lives) on renewal preparation, funding analysis, RFPs, education, compliance, and enrollments.
- Location & Schedule: Houston, TX. Currently, the agency has a 3:2 schedule (3 days/office and 2 days/work from home).
- Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (RFPs, enrollments, billing, claims, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
- Qualifications: At least five (5) years of relevant insurance industry experience + strong client relationship management skills and an active insurance license.
