About the Role
Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager- Large Accounts is a career opportunity to work remotely for a Top 100 independent insurance broker in a highly specialized division. Your experience with large, complex commercial property and casualty accounts that have complex funding arrangements and generate at least $100k in annual revenue is important expertise to transition into this practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients with understanding policies & coverage
- Answer questions & respond to requests about additions/enhancements to meet their individual needs
- Work through the renewal lifecycle to include: gathering and analyzing exposures/loss information, preparing proposals, and assisting Account Executives with marketing/submissions/quotes
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of retail agency client service experience with complex commercial property and casualty accounts, often defined as national accounts that generate significant annual revenue
- Track record of establishing solid client relationships with the ability to manage all aspects of policy administration post-binding such as invoicing, broker fees, special projects, and so on
- Active state insurance license
