About the Role

This premier benefit communication and enrollment services firm is seeking a Regional Sales Director for a western territory, as they look to expand going into the new year. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, delivering customized employee benefit communication and education solutions to brokers and clients alike.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet with brokers and consultants in the territory to drive new sales revenue
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports
  • Use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets within the assigned region
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs
  • Identify and suggest products or services that will meet those needs
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Develop presentations and marketing materials

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in employee benefits communication and enrollment products and services
  • CRM/sales management software experience
  • Existing broker and client relationships in the assigned region preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$125-175,000 + full benefits package
