About the Role
100% remote insurance job opening; statewide Texas for qualified applicants. The Employee Benefits Client Executive is with a large independent insurance broker that offers a diversified portfolio of property and casualty, health and welfare, and consulting services. As the lead client service strategist and Account Executive, you work closely with sales teams to monitor all account activity as well as support new business and retention goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct plan reviews and ensure clients have appropriate coverage in place for their needs
- Oversee the renewal process to include compiling information, preparing submissions, negotiating with underwriters, and preparing proposals/presentations
- Manage implementation and account onboarding
- Assist with reporting, compliance issues, claims review, and meet with clients regularly to discuss findings and issues
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar client service or consulting capacity within the insurance industry
- State insurance license
