About the Role
As Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you provide support services to foster satisfaction with clients at a large retail insurance broker. The book is diverse and middle market oriented with some niche industries like construction, financial institutions, healthcare, and non-profits representing a huge part of your client portfolio. Your experience with some of these accounts makes a great plug & play situation to immediately assume lead responsibilities for all service related duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You are deeply involved in client service
- Assist clients in understanding their policies/coverages & determine individual needs
- Guide and execute client service plans, participate in client reviews and presentations
- Provide a positive, supportive environment for the team
- Manage daily transactions for an assigned book of business
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Upper middle market or large account exposure (minimum $10k revenue accounts or larger)
- Support brokers and Account Executives with the marketing & renewal process
Job Specs
Location: Based out of Hawaii, the agency offers 100% remote, work-from-home opportunities for employees living outside of the state however you will be required to work Hawaiian Standard Time. Residents of California, Nevada, and Idaho cannot be considered.
