About the Role
As Director, Commercial Insurance, you’re accountable for the success of the agency’s client service and operational performance. You’re involved in growth initiatives, client retention strategies, marketing, and best practices. This is an opportunity to lead the client service and marketing teams as well as work closely with sales, executive leaders, and external partners.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of commercial property and casualty insurance industry tenure; leadership experience is required
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance; brings market relationships with an understanding of the full-service brokerage process from sales and client onboarding to service, placement, and revenue growth
- Experience working in operational areas such as personnel management (staffing, training, career development), compliance, audits, performance metrics, budgets, and portfolio review
