About the Role
As Commercial Insurance CSR you join an independently owned insurance agency that provides businesses and families with comprehensive insurance coverage throughout NY, MA, PA, VT, and VA. This role works on their client service team, supporting the sales and account management team with behind-the-scenes policy management and renewal preparation. Here are some additional job specs:
- Your role: Manage all service requests (certificates, auto id cards, policy changes, endorsement checking, billing, and claims questions) with timeliness and accuracy. You’ll make sure all files in the agency management system are up to date. Additionally, you’ll be involved in renewal preparation (obtaining updated information, compiling submissions, preparing proposals, online rating).
- Your experience: At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty experience with a focus on policy management and client service-related duties. Prior experience using Applied TAM strongly preferred. State P&C license required.
- Your location: 100% remote opportunity anywhere in the U.S.
- Contract assignment details: 20-30 hours per week with flexible schedule available. Expected to last 6 months minimum.
