Duties & Responsibilities
Small Business Unit as Commercial Lines CSR. This is a busy desk. They need someone to shoulder the workload for main street accounts that usually need one of three things on an ongoing basis- daily policy management, rating for online quotes, and renewal processing.
Commercial Insurance Account Manager. This is for a more experience insurance professional who’s worked a book as the lead client manager. Handling robust/complex accounts in specialty niches like energy, contractors, and transportation, this is an opportunity to put your fingerprints on how service workflows are handled internally especially as the team continues to grow.
- Schedule: The agency offers a hybrid work schedule splitting time between office and work at home.
- Systems: They use Epic but are open to training if you’ve had experience with a different agency management system.
