An immediate Commercial Insurance Account Manager opening with a Top 25 independent insurance broker, here are a few important job specs:
- Behind the scenes, daily service management on larger accounts in diverse groups with heavy emphasis on property and habitation risks. Each account typically generates at least $50k in annual revenue.
- Location: Memphis, TN with a hybrid schedule available (2-3 days/week working in the office)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support new and existing accounts (marketing, certificates, binders, invoicing, etc.)
- Process policy changes: endorsements, audits and re-marketing
- Monitor account quote; bind coverage
- Answer daily service calls from insureds and insurance companies
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance agency experience in customer service & account management
- Active state insurance license
