About the Role
A senior client service leader, your role as Commercial Insurance Account Executive is focused on the strategic development of the client’s renewable energy portfolio. This particular opening with a Top 25 independent insurance broker’s Mid-Atlantic region is part of a specialized division that works nationwide with wind, solar, and various other renewable energy companies. The agency is looking for an experienced insurance professional who can take a lead role in account development and marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to support producers with client management, consulting, & relationship building initiatives.
- Lead renewal marketing strategies working closely with underwriters to gather submission information, review quotes, compile summaries, and create proposals in a timely manner.
- Work with team members to ensure client satisfaction. Address and resolve client issues pertaining to policy changes, billing, contract reviews, coverage analysis, and program recommendations.
Skills & Experience
- At least 7-8 years of Account Executive/Broker senior level client service experience.
- Experience in a lead role managing the entire account life cycle: pre & post-renewal as well as client visits, presentations, and in-person reviews.
- State insurance license.
