About the Role
The Commercial Insurance Account Executive is the ultimate stewardship role. You work closely with a senior sales team handling marketing and client strategy on a property heavy book of business. They need someone who can evenly balance client facing responsibilities with placement and brokering activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured
- Partner on resource deliverables (loss control, claims, etc.)
- Support training, workflow efficiencies and best practices within the team
Skills & Experience
At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
Extensive middle market commercial P&C account expertise, in particular with property risks that have complex, shared, and layered structures.
Strategic planning (renewal marketing, mid-term reviews and risk service distribution alongside the producer and with frequent, out of the office client engagement.
Location: 100% remote within in the Southeast and South Central states, spanning Texas and Arkansas eastward to Atlanta.
