About the Role
This innovative insurance company is looking to disrupt the group health market with a new approach to how healthcare is delivered. They are in growth mode in the state of Florida and looking for someone to help them with client service and account management efforts in the Tampa market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the group medical market, a proven track record of success, and motivated to make a difference for their customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of new employer accounts from the sales and marketing team
- Manage and coordinate with internal staff and resources for ongoing enrollment, benefit fairs, and more
- Work internally with team to ensure employer and employee portals are correctly linked to the benefit booklets and plan specifications
- Manage the ongoing enrollment change process throughout the plan year
- Maintain ongoing support and meetings with employer group representatives to maintain a positive relationship with the client, verifying their needs and expectations are met at the highest level
- Work with actuarial team and internal resources to develop annual renewals and deliver to the appropriate party at the client
Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of proven track record with group life and health products
- Established broker relationships in the market
- Active FL state life and health license
- Bilingual/fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English strongly preferred
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
$85-100,000 + bonus + full benefits package + hybrid/remote work flexibility
