About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll join an independent agency’s personal lines division. Growing, and at capacity with current accounts, they need your help with day-to-day administration of accounts. You’ll support producers and a senior client manager. The company also offers a great private company culture if you want to leave behind the national broker politics without sacrificing account complexity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather information from clients to help with renewal preparation and remarketing/placement
- Rate and quote through online carrier platforms
- Deliver quotes to clients; compile information, paperwork, and small presentation materials
- Handle daily service requests (ID cards, COI, and endorsements)
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you must offer:
- Strong personal lines experience, working with high net worth or affluent clients strongly preferred
- Be familiar with policies, underwriting review, and quoting business with multiple carriers
- Comfortable with data entry in an agency management system, preferably Applied/EPIC
- Can work in Excel to prepare premium/loss summaries
- Must possess MA State Property and Casualty license
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
$75-90,000 + comprehensive benefits package + flexible hybrid WFH schedule
