‘Step by Step’ Contract Hiring Process

So many hiring projects start with the premise, “We needed that filled YESTERDAY!”……and it can be hard to keep up or know where to get started. Never fear, working under a timeline (or deadline for that matter) is part of the process, especially so with contract staffing. Curious how we can help? To save you time, I’d like to outline how Capstone Contract works.Step 1- Intake Call. Here is the data gathering I need from you.
- Position Title
- Start date
- Length of Contract
- Skills required
- Reporting manager
Step 2- We Jump Into Action. Contact candidates in our network. Run keyword searches. Leverage our resources, advertise the role.
Step 3- Screen Potential Hires. We are an extension of your HR department. Any question you would ask, we will ask.
Step 4- Referral. We tell you everything you need to know. When this candidate can start, what their billable rate is, how long they are available for, so on and so forth.
Step 5- You Say Yes To The Perfect Person! (No explanation needed. This step is really that easy.)
Step 6- We Take Care Of The Rest. Negotiate billable rate, background checks, references, assessments, on-boarding and training, related taxes, workers’ comp insurance and any other issues that fall under the HR umbrella.
