About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will jump right into the deep end of the pool to coordinate communication, ensure timely completion of deliverables, support ongoing initiatives, and provide high-level expertise to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the workings of a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), a can-do attitude to keep things moving forward, and the keen eye for detail to manage expectations of a demanding client base.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties tied to new client implementation from A-Z regarding benefit administration, eligibility, claims processing, daily service, escalated issues, and more
  • Provide guidance for integration of all vendors and carriers
  • Hold everyone accountable to timelines, deadlines, and delivery of services
  • Work with team members for process improvement, pipelining, and expectations for turnaround times
  • Process and maintain schedules for multiple clients and projects at one time, all of which could be at different points in the implementation and onboarding

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of working in project management or implementation for another TPA, insurance company, or broker
  • Strong understanding of benefit administration, claims processing, eligibility, and more
  • Proven experience managing multiple open projects or implementations at one time

Compensation & Benefits

$60-75,000 + robust benefit package
