Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service operations and service delivery
- Monitor workloads to ensure appropriate account distribution and staffing levels
- Maintain procedures and best practices
- Audit processes
- Assist with complex issues and help resolve escalated matters
- Ensure proper documentation and utilization of agency management systems and other technology
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience required
- State insurance license
