About the Role

Terrific leadership opportunity as Director of Commercial Insurance Operations and Client Service for an insurance agency in Chicago. You’re involved with all facets of the division’s daily activities including personnel management, learning and development, carrier relationships and marketing strategies, client service standards and retention, operational efficiencies and technology implementation, best practices, budgets, and supporting agency growth and profitability initiatives.  

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience with technical expertise across a broad range of coverage lines, specialty industries, and standard and E&S coverage
  • Prior management experience is required
  • Strong understanding of areas like client service standards, revenue growth, marketing, operations, or employee development
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Superior leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
